Pending Project - KANDA GARDENS
The Kanda Gardens ( Commercial Spine Project ) is part of the
SHC Urban Regeneration Effort. The Development is being undertaken as a Joint Venture between SHC and ASSURED DEVELOPERS.
The first Phase of this Commercial Spine, is to be located on the
Sunyani Ave. in Kanda adjacent to the Flagstaff House Presidential
Palace. This Commercial Spine, will be built over 4 Floors with the
following features: Banking Hall, Offices, Restaurants, Entertainment Centers, etc.
